Graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova in 2008, specializing in Finance and Banking, and in the same year, joined the team of BC "ProCredit Bank" SA.

In 2012, obtained a master's degree in Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, and in 2018, graduated from the ProCredit Management Academy in Fürth, Germany. He began his career as a Credit Expert, providing consultancy to clients in the SME segment. In 2013, advanced to the position of Business Client Consultant for medium and large enterprises. In 2016, was confirmed by the National Bank of Moldova as Deputy Manager of Branch No. 1, and from 2018, took over the position of Manager of the largest branch of BC "ProCredit Bank" SA.

In April 2021, Vladimir Domentii was appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of BC "ProCredit Bank" SA.
