Professional development programs

 

This is an intensive professional development program carried out over one year and structured into 6 modules, each lasting two weeks. 
 

The modules are scheduled at intervals of at least one and a half months, allowing for the gradual assimilation of knowledge.


The Academy’s courses are open to all colleagues and offer a comprehensive learning experience. In addition to deepening your knowledge of the financial and banking sector, you will participate in sessions that explore humanistic and social topics, providing a broader perspective on contemporary society.
