All our corporate values are integrated into the Code of Conduct, which translates ethical principles into clear norms of behavior applicable to all employees within the ProCredit group, thus ensuring consistency between our beliefs and the way we conduct our activity.
To ensure that new employees fully understand these principles, introductory seminars include a section dedicated to the study of the Code of Conduct and its importance for the entire team. We also periodically organize refresh sessions, led by our colleagues, to reaffirm the commitment to high ethical standards. During these sessions, relevant case studies are presented and any uncertainties are clarified, thus ensuring an in-depth and applied understanding of ethical norms in our activity.
