ProCredit Bank draws attention to active investment fraud campaigns recently identified online, which fraudulently use the visual identity of financial institutions in the Republic of Moldova in order to mislead the public and obtain money deposits.

These schemes operate through fake websites, online advertisements, and manipulated content (including fake reviews), collecting personal and contact data. Afterwards, targeted individuals are contacted directly and asked to make initial deposits, followed by repeated requests for transfers under various pretexts.

IMPORTANT:
- The campaigns primarily target Romanian-speaking individuals in the Republic of Moldova.
- Financial losses can be significant.
- Transactions are often authorized by the victims themselves, which makes fund recovery difficult.

FOR YOUR SAFETY:
- Be vigilant when faced with investment offers that promise quick and guaranteed profits.
- Always verify the authenticity of platforms and the entities contacting you.
- Do not provide personal or banking data on websites or to unknown individuals.
- Do not make transfers at the request of supposed “investment platforms” without additional verification.
